腔镜甲状腺癌手术中应用纳米碳对甲状旁腺功能保护的应用分析

目的 探讨腔镜甲状腺癌手术中应用纳米碳对甲状旁腺功能保护的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年12月我院甲状腺外科收治需实施腔镜甲状腺癌手术切除治疗的患者144例,随机分两组,对照组实施常规手术切除治疗,研究组实施纳米碳辅助腔镜行手术切除治疗,对两组患者淋巴结清扫枚数、甲状腺损伤程度、血钙及血清PTH水平进行比较。结果 研究组清扫淋巴结数目更多(P<0.05);研究组甲状旁腺误切率更低,且术后淋巴结转移阳性率更高(P<0.05);研究组血钙及血清PTH水平更高(P<0.05)。结论 在对甲状腺癌患者实施腔镜手术切除治疗时利用纳米碳进行辅助,可以提高术中对淋巴的清扫数量,同时不会对患者的甲状腺造成明显损伤,对术后血钙及血清PTH水平有显著的改善效果,因此临床推广价值较高。
