目的：评估规范化肠道准备护理流程对于腹部CT检查质量的影响。方法：将2020年2月—2023年9月在本院接受腹部CT检查的80名患者作为此次试验对象，按照随机数表法分配原则，分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者接受规范化肠道准备护理，对照组患者接受常规肠道准备护理。对比两组患者的肠道准备清洁度和肠道充盈度以及CT图像质量。结果：观察组的肠道清洁度及肠道充盈度显著优于对照组，组间差异明显（P<0.05）；对照组的CT图像质量优良率（77.50%）明显差于观察组（97.50%），组间数据差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：规范化肠道准备护理有利于提升患者在接受腹部CT检查时的肠道清洁度和充盈度，并且图像质量更佳。
