腹部CT检查中应用规范化肠道准备护理流程对质量的影响效果

目的:评估规范化肠道准备护理流程对于腹部CT检查质量的影响。方法:将2020年2月—2023年9月在本院接受腹部CT检查的80名患者作为此次试验对象,按照随机数表法分配原则,分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者接受规范化肠道准备护理,对照组患者接受常规肠道准备护理。对比两组患者的肠道准备清洁度和肠道充盈度以及CT图像质量。结果:观察组的肠道清洁度及肠道充盈度显著优于对照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05);对照组的CT图像质量优良率(77.50%)明显差于观察组(97.50%),组间数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:规范化肠道准备护理有利于提升患者在接受腹部CT检查时的肠道清洁度和充盈度,并且图像质量更佳。
