目的：探析彩色多普勒超声对胃肠道及胃肠道外恶性间质瘤肝转移诊断价值。方法：时间：2022.1-2023.12，对象：胃肠道恶性间质瘤及胃肠道外恶性间质瘤肝转移患者共30例。对比两类患者彩色多普勒超声图像特征。结果：在胃肠道恶性间质瘤患者中，原发灶共35个，肝内转移灶共45个。在胃肠道外恶性间质瘤患者中，原发灶10个，肝内转移灶13个。原发灶、肝内转移灶均为实性、囊实性。囊实性占比高，多数原发灶表现为局部边缘模糊、部分原发灶形成不规则，呈现为浅分叶状；肝内转移灶主要呈现为边界清晰、形态规则。结论：相比于恶性间质瘤原发灶，形态规则、边界清晰的囊实性占位性病变属于肝内转移灶的典型特点，彩色多普勒超声能够对其进行有效的显示。
