目的：评估毛发移植手术操作引起的医生慢性身体不适在手术医生中的发生情况及其产生的影响因素。方法：采取自制问卷调查188名手术医生在毛发移植手术中或术后身体上产生不适的问题以及引起身体不适的可能原因。结果：188名手术医生中有145名（回复率为77.13%）完成了调查，其中92名（63.46%）手术医生报告在进行毛发移植手术中或术后身体上不适的部位主要包括颈部、腰部和眼睛。过度的头部前倾、过度的抬高手臂、弯曲的躯干是主要原因。结论：由于工作时间长、姿势不当，毛发移植手术医生在履行日常职责时身体不适的情况极为普遍，极易出现颈部、腰部等部位身体不适。人体工程学和相关物理健康管理应进一步加强，以尽量减少身体不适和慢性损伤的发生。
