目的：探讨点阵CO2激光对慢性难愈性创面的疗效与安全性。方法：选取30个符合创面条件的患者，采用飞顿尖峰CO2超脉冲激光仪，手具Lite scan（F50）治疗头，治疗1次，术后创面采取暴露湿润疗法，保湿、抗炎、预防感染、严格防晒。结果30例经过1次治疗，创面在术后6-14天内愈合，疗效达99%，无1例出现严重副反应，99%以上的患者表示满意。结论：点阵CO2激光治疗促进慢性难愈性创面愈合疗效确切，安全性高，无明显副作用，是一种促进创面愈合安全、有效的新方法。
