全髋关节置换术中精准地置入髋臼假体对于手术的成功至关重要，置入角度不佳会加速假体磨损、撞击，甚至引起假体松动、脱位等严重的并发症。为降低以上并发症的发生率，大量学者进行相关研究，发现了髋臼缘的一个较为固定且常见的解剖结构髋臼横韧带，可将其作为术中髋臼假体置入的可靠解剖参照，且术后脱位率低。然而，一些学者通过临床试验与测量发现，髋臼横韧带并不完全适用于所有全髋关节置换术中。因此，本文将对以髋臼横韧带在全髋关节置换术中定位髋臼假体的方法进行回顾和综述。
