目的：探究华佗救心丸提高心衰患者射血分数，治疗心衰的临床效果。方法：本研究选取2022年3月至2023年10月收治的心力衰竭患者共124例，随机分成观察组和对照组，对照组给予心衰的常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服华佗救心丸。四周为1个疗程，对比研究治疗前后两组心衰患者的治疗效果、射血分数、脑钠肽水平（Brain natriuretic peptide, BNP）及安全性。结果：在疗效方面，治疗后对照组的总有效率显著低于观察组[54（87.10%）vs 59（95.16%），2=2.494，P=0.016]；对照组心脏射血分数低于观察组[（0.42±0.32）vs（0.57±0.35），t=2.491，P=0.014]；观察组BNP水平比对照组降幅更显著[（426.1±231.7）vs（536.25±235.4），t=2.626，P=0.010]；在治疗安全性方面，对照组心慌、口干舌燥、红疹发痒、面色潮红的不良反应发生率显著高于观察组[19（30.65%）vs 7（11.29%），2=7.008，P=0.008]。结论：华佗救心丸治疗心衰疗效显著，安全性较好，在心衰患者临床诊治中值得进一步推广。
