文章摘要
文身因其文化与个性表达的特点而广泛流行,但部分人因职业、审美或医学等原因希望清除文身。目前,激光疗法仍是文身去除的主要方法,其中Q开关激光和皮秒激光凭借其高效性和安全性,在临床应用中占据主导地位。同时,非激光疗法(如化学剥脱、微针联合外用药物、手术切除等)可作为补充方案,适用于特定情况。近年来,激光与其他疗法的联合应用成为研究热点,有助于提高治疗效果并减少副作用。本文综述了文身去除的常见方法及其进展,并探讨未来发展趋势,以期为临床实践和研究提供参考。
