任 甜

目的针灸联合推拿手法对椎动脉型颈椎病（CSA）患者的效果分析。方法筛选我院收治的88例CSA患者，所选时间段为2024年2月-2025年2月之间，分为两组，其中对照组为针灸治疗，而研究组要联合推拿手法予以治疗。结果研究组VAS和NDI评分更符合正常值（P＜0.05）；研究组中医证候积分更低（P＜0.05）；研究组血流动力学指标更加稳定（P＜0.05）。结论针灸联合推拿手法对CSA患者的效果理想，可以明显改善临床症状及疼痛程度，稳定血流动力学，并恢复基本颈椎功能，应该推广。
