目的：分析高清胃镜的诊断价值。方法：选取2024年1月-2024年12月100例采取四联疗法治疗后幽门螺杆菌（HP）转阴患者，入选患者分别进行普通胃镜检查、高清胃镜检查，比较两种方法图像质量差异；以病理检查结果为金标准，观察两种方法诊断准确率的差异。结果：高清胃镜的图像质量评分高于普通胃镜，差异有意义（P＜0.05）；高清胃镜在早期胃筛查中的敏感度、准确度高于普通胃镜，差异有意义（P＜0.05）。结论：高清胃镜在早期胃筛查中的敏感度、准确度高，可推广使用。
