周玲珍

目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜手术患者实施综合保温护理的效果。方法：2023年6月-2024年8月，择取病例均进行妇科腹腔镜手术，共计90例，以信封法为分组方案，有2组，是对照组（手术室常规护理，n=45例）、观察组（手术室常规护理+综合保温护理，n=45例）。结果：各组患者的体温、生命体征、并发症率比较，均是观察组比对照组更优（P＜0.05）。结论：妇科腹腔镜手术患者实施综合保温护理，可有效稳定患者手术前后体温与生命体征，可降低并发症发生率。
