子宫内膜容受性(ER)是决定胚胎成功着床的关键因素,其精准评估对于预测妊娠具有重要意义。目前评估ER的方法众多,其中超声检查以其无创、可重复等优势成为临床常用手段。近年来,多模态超声技术发展迅速,通过整合多种超声成像模式,可从形态、功能、血流灌注等多个维度对子宫内膜进行综合评估,为临床提供更全面、准确的信息。本文将对超声评估ER的多模态技术进展及临床应用进行综述。
