莫丽婷,文黛薇

中药在调节胃肠动力方面具有多组分、协同作用、多靶点干预等优势，广泛应用于功能性消化疾病的治疗中。研究表明，中药可通过调控胃肠激素、神经递质、Cajal间质细胞功能及炎症信号通路，有效改善胃排空延迟与肠蠕动异常。近年来，随着色谱分析、代谢组学与网络药理学的应用，中药促动力相关的活性成分与作用机制逐步明确，药效物质基础研究不断深化。在急性、术后或病毒感染等特殊病理状态下，中药通过灌肠、外敷、情志调护等干预模式展现出广泛适应性，为胃肠动力障碍的精准调控提供理论支撑与实践路径。
