持续性非卧床膜透析(CAPD)作为一种重要的慢性肾脏病替代治疗方式,其患者的预后评估对于优化临床管理至关重要。红细胞分布宽度(RDW)作为反映红细胞大小变异性的血液学指标,近年来被广泛关注其在炎症和营养状态监测中的潜在价值。中高海拔地区特殊的环境因素对血液动力学及红细胞形态学产生独特影响,使得该区域CAPD患者的RDW表现及其临床意义具有特殊性。当前研究显示,RDW与CAPD患者的心血管事件发生率、感染风险及整体生存率密切相关,提示其可能作为预后评估的重要生物标志物。本文系统综述了RDW在中高海拔CAPD患者中的临床应用现状,解析海拔因素如何调节RDW及其对患者预后的影响机制,旨在为临床实践提供科学指导,推动个体化治疗策略的实施,提升患者整体预后水平。
