本研究通过报道成都中医药大学附属医院产科2024年01月收治的1例妊娠合并急性心力衰竭患者的诊疗过程，并结合PubMed及Web of Science数据库中24篇相关权威文献进行复习，旨在探讨妊娠晚期急性心力衰竭的病因、临床识别与治疗。该例产妇在多学科协作下成功实现分娩，母婴结局良好。文献分析表明，妊娠期急性心力衰竭病因复杂、病情危重，常与子痫前期及心脏瓣膜病等多种因素共同作用相关，其发生率显著高于单一病因者。综合病例与文献可见，妊娠晚期急性心力衰竭发病急、危害大，临床应高度重视高危因素的早期识别与干预，适时终止妊娠，并依托多学科协作诊疗模式，以提升母婴安全性
