随着中国企业在海外扩张步伐的加快,中资企业员工的工作满意度和文化融合问题日益凸显。本文从工作满意度现状、文化融合状况、面临的主要问题以及相应对策等角度进行了深入分析。数据显示,受薪酬福利、职业发展障碍、跨文化管理不足、企业文化同质化等因素影响,海外中国员工的工作满意度和文化融合程度普遍不高。为此,企业需要从建立市场化薪酬体系、优化职业发展通道、加强跨文化培训、构建包容多元的企业文化理念、制定切实的融合政策等方面采取综合举措,全面促进中外文化的融合,提高员工的工作满意度和企业的海外竞争力。
