Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has been developing rapidly, and its diplomacy with other countries around the world has become more and more frequent. The development of sports has long become one of the most important indicators of a country's development level and a key way of communication between countries. In order to promote the development of sports in China and improve the physical fitness of college students, colleges and universities have explored and reformed the contents of sports courses and teaching strategies. In view of this situation, this paper takes colleges and universities as an example to discuss physical education teaching strategies in the new situation, expecting to make a little dedication to physical education teaching. How to develop physical culture education in technical schools in the new stage, how to mould talents who reach the standard, and how to reform the physical education teaching strategy in technical schools are the key issues. Proactively promoting the reform of physical education teaching strategies in technical schools is the key to the reform of physical education teaching in technical schools, the key task of physical education teachers, and the basic way to improve the quality of physical education teaching.
