At the present stage of college sports teaching process, it is very necessary to organise and carry out public sports courses. According to the teaching situation of public sports courses in the past, colleges and universities should innovate the way, break through the teaching difficulties according to the teaching concept of human-centred, and implement the club mode of teaching with brand-new teaching countermeasures.
