Based on the comprehensive analysis of the development and implementation of school-based curriculum development at home and abroad, it is found that there are some problems in the process of school-based curriculum development, such as the misunderstanding of principals, the low professional level of teachers, the imperfect evaluation system and so on, which have affected the effectiveness of school-based curriculum development in Colleges and universities in our country. We should establish a correct curriculum concept and adjust measures to local conditions, develop school-based curriculum based on students’ interests and needs to improve teachers’ professional ability and strengthen cooperation with all parties, improving school-based curriculum evaluation system are the measures to solve the problems of school-based curriculum development in colleges and universities in China.
