The innovative significance of mixed teaching in software engineering driven by digital twin technology lies in improving students’ practical abilities, promoting subject integration, cultivating innovative thinking, and achieving personalized learning, injecting new vitality and possibilities into software engineering education. The application of blended learning mode has guiding significance for the teaching of software engineering courses. The blended learning mode pays more attention to the subject status of students, can effectively improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching, and provide society with more software engineering practical talents that meet the requirements of the new era. This article explores the innovation of mixed teaching in software engineering majors driven by digital twin technology for reference.
