Lifelong learning is the fundamental part of college education, and in order to take lifelong learning as the educational foundation of college tennis class construction, it is necessary to combine the tennis course with the ideological education course, and to deeply explore the value of tennis ideology and politics. This paper takes college tennis class as an example, combines the tennis sports course with ideological education course, discusses the elements implied in the cultivation of students in college tennis class under the perspective of establishing virtue, analyzes the problems existing in the construction of college tennis class at the current stage, and puts forward the relevant suggestions on the construction of college tennis class, which will provide a more reliable basis for the subsequent investigation on the construction of the ideological and political construction of tennis class course. Students’ high ideological and political quality, which has more important practical and theoretical significance for the reform of the ideological construction of college tennis course.
