This article primarily explores the cultural differences in literary translation, the characteristics of English language expression among learners, and the impact of literary translation on the language expression of English learners, offering corresponding strategies and recommendations. In literary translation, attention must be paid to the challenges posed by cultural differences and the effective use of cultural conversion techniques to convey the cultural essence of the original work. The language expression of English learners is influenced by Chinese culture, exhibiting specific styles and differences, thus emphasizing the cultural differences in grammar and vocabulary selection and cultivating awareness of cross-cultural communication. The impact of literary translation on the language expression of English learners includes understanding cultural metaphors and inspiring language acquisition, necessitating a multidimensional interpretation of literary works and enhancing learning and understanding of cultural backgrounds.
