With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the field of advertising creative is also facing great changes and challenges. This paper aims to study the cultivation of talents in advertising creative in artificial intelligence environment. Firstly, it analyzes the influence and opportunity of artificial intelligence on advertising creative, and puts forward the strategy and method of cultivating talents in advertising creative in artificial intelligence environment. Then, through empirical research and case analysis, it verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy. The purpose of this paper is to provide new ideas and methods for the cultivation of talents in advertising creative to meet the needs of the era of artificial intelligence.
