Young people are the future of the country and the hope of the nation. The realization of the effective development of youth sports activities requires the cooperation of the family, school and community to produce the best benefits, which is consistent with the connotation of "youth's growth depends on the family and school social overlap influence" proposed by the overlapping influence threshold theory. The purpose of this paper is to explore how the family, school and community can cooperate to promote youth sports activities, analyze the current predicament of the family, school and community cooperation to promote youth sports activities from the perspective of overlapping influence domains, deeply analyze the interaction between various aspects, and propose corresponding optimization paths, with a view to providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the family, school and community cooperation to promote youth sports activities. Promote the development of youth sports activities.
