The health of university teachers is not only related to their personal well-being, but also directly affects the quality of education and academic output. However, teachers in colleges and universities are generally under great work pressure at present, which significantly affects their physical and mental health. This paper aims to construct and deeply study the health management strategy of “three centers and one platform” for University teachers. With the help of Physical Fitness Test, periodical health examination, professional psychological counseling and efficient information management platforms, teachers’ physical and mental health and social adaptability can be systematically improved and guaranteed. This paper will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the health problems of University teachers from the theoretical basis, and propose specific measures to build a scientific, efficient and practical health management strategy for teacher.
