In recent years, rural education has been helped by policies and funds, and is developing towards standardization and comprehensiveness. However, due to the uneven development of economic level, there is still an imbalance between urban and rural educational resources allocation in China, according to the requirements of teacher recruitment in recent years, based on the current status of existing educational resources allocation, focusing on the environment of students' growth, analyzing the differences between urban and rural educational resources, and seeking to find strong measures to narrow the urban-rural educational differences between urban and rural education, and improve the quality of rural compulsory education.
