Analysis of Self-efficacy and Autonomy in English Learning among College Students in English Teaching

In order to explore how to improve the self-efficacy and autonomy of college students in learning English, and to choose scientific teaching strategies for college English, this article focuses on the research of student self-efficacy and English learning autonomy. The article first provides a detailed introduction to core concepts such as self-efficacy and learning autonomy, and summarizes and organizes relevant theoretical achievements. After consolidating the theoretical foundation of research, evaluate the self-efficacy and English learning autonomy of students, and explore teaching strategies to enhance their self-efficacy and learning autonomy with the support of the evaluation results.
