Path Studies of Training Higher Vocational Talents under the Background of the Integration of Industry and Education

The integration of industry and education is an important development direction for vocational education at present, which is of great significance for improving the quality of higher vocational talent training. This paper takes paths of training higher vocational talents under the background of the integration of industry and education as the research object, and puts forward the valid paths for cultivating higher vocational talents under the background of the integration of industry and education through the analysis of relevant policies and practical cases. It is found that under the background of the integration of industry and education, training higher vocational talents under the background of the integration of industry and education should follow the principles of cross-border integration, collaborative education, practice orientation and individual development to build a talent training system involving industry, schools, enterprises and other parties. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of curriculum system, promote the reform of education and teaching, improve the construction of teachers, perfect the evaluation mechanism, so as to improve the quality of higher vocational talent training.
