Design and Research of Chinese Teaching Segments based on the "5C" Standard Theory

With the application and popularization of various traditional teaching methods in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, various new teaching methods are also attracting the attention of scholars. Language learning is no longer confined to the teaching of language ontology, but turns to pay more attention to students' application ability and cross-cultural communication ability in the real communication environment. In recent years, the emergence of "5C" standard theory has cater to this educational demand. This law has five elements: communication, culture, coherence, comparison and community, which aims to cultivate students' comprehensive language ability. In the General Curriculum Outline of International Chinese Language Teaching formulated by Hanban, the characteristics and contents of the "5C" standard are specifically sorted out. The introduction of "5C" standard has put forward new requirements for the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in China, and has also injected fresh blood into the curriculum design of Chinese as a foreign language.
