文章摘要
In an era of globalization and digital connectivity, effective intercultural communication is critical. Intercultural communication education is the focus of this study, an expanding field, analyzing its application in the field, its relevant theories, and how it is utilized in practice[1]. The case studies discovered from numerous literature reviews address broad research questions such as its efficiency, the issues and possibilities it encounters in a cross-cultural environment, and practical strategies applicable for bodies interested in incorporating etc. This study concludes that the fostering of high-quality intercultural communication education is critical for students’ educative outcomes and institutions, for practitioners’ and business outcomes, and for the community in general. It further concludes that education institutions, working with governance structures, are the most crucial contributors to promoting intercultural competence in a globally diverse and connected society. The educational system’s transformational potential for the individual and society is thus highlighted.
