With the increasingly close integration of the global economy and international exchanges, the cultivation of maritime talents is also facing new opportunities and challenges. In order to meet the demand of the country for high-quality and international maritime talents, the importance of maritime English teaching as an important component of the training of maritime professionals cannot be ignored. However, at present, there are generally problems in China's maritime colleges, such as an incomplete curriculum system for maritime English and weak practical training, which seriously restrict the improvement of students' language ability and comprehensive professional literacy. Therefore, starting from practical training scenarios, this article analyzes the problems in the current maritime English curriculum system and proposes corresponding improvement measures, aiming to provide reference for enhancing the maritime English curriculum.
