文章摘要
With the rapid development and widespread application of artificial intelligence technology, university libraries have encountered new opportunities for advancing intelligent services. This paper, grounded in the core concepts of generative artificial intelligence, explores its primary application scenarios within the domain of university library intelligent services. These scenarios include intelligent retrieval and recommendation services, virtual reference consultations, immersive learning experiences, and personalized information literacy education. Furthemore, this paper identifies potential risks associated with the application process, including privacy security concerns, data quality issues, and academic ethics challenges, and subsequently proposes corresponding countermeasures. The aim is to provide valuable references and insights for the sustainable development of university libraries in the field of intelligent services.
