Under the background of increasing employment pressure of college graduates, the innovative ways of cooperation between universities and enterprises have attracted much attention in the field of employment and education. In particular, the construction of internship bases has become a key link to improve students' vocational skills, enhance their employment competitiveness, and promote smooth employment. This study focuses on the close cooperation between schools and enterprises and the construction of internship bases to effectively improve students' vocational skills and comprehensive quality. At the same time, we pay attention to the deep integration of the internship process and employment education to enhance the market competitiveness of students. Through continuous exploration and optimization of cooperation models and innovative internship base construction strategies, it provides solid support for cultivating more high-quality talents and ensures that students stand out in the fierce job market.
