Within the framework of positive psychology, the core goal of career guidance for college students is to help them achieve personal growth, pursue happiness, and a meaningful life. This goal is highly aligned with the research direction of positive psychology, emphasizing the cultivation of individual strengths and positive psychological states. Therefore, a deep understanding of the worldview and values of college students, and the construction of an education system based on this, has significant practical significance in guiding students to form positive, correct, and objective career plans, as well as helping them smoothly enter the workplace. This study aims to explore strategies for college students' employment guidance practice from the perspective of positive psychology, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for college employment guidance work, help college students establish correct employment concepts, and improve employment success rates.
