Discuss the current situation and the relationship between College students' career adaptability and self-clarity in future work.377 College graduates were randomly selected from 5 universities in Sichuan Province, and the career adaptation Scale (CAAS-CF) and the Future Work Self-definition Scale (FWSM) were used to study the career adaptability, the self-clarity of future work and the relationship between the two. Results ① Career adaptability of College students is generally at the middle level; ②The self-clarity of College students is at the middle level, the gender difference and source difference are statistically significant (P <0.05), the self-clarity of future work is higher than that of boys, and the self-clarity of rural students is lower than that of urban and county students; ③ College students are positively correlated with the self-clarity of future work (P <0.01). The survey shows that the career adaptability of College students has a positive prediction effect on the self-clarity of their future work. The higher the career adaptability of College students, the higher the self-clarity of their future work.
