At the stage of senior high school education, students are in the critical stage of physical health and mental health development, and mental health education is particularly important. This paper will analyze from the perspective of "small circle" to solve the big problem of senior high school students' mental health education, and explore the application countermeasures of group counseling in senior high school students' mental health education, so as to help senior high school students understand themselves correctly and relieve psychological pressure and adjust negative emotions independently.
