Abstract: Higher education management, as a crucial aspect of university development, directly impacts the quality of education and the effectiveness of talent cultivation. With the rapid transformations in society, traditional university management models have increasingly revealed their limitations in meeting modern demands, particularly due to the lack of a human-centered approach. Currently, universities face increasingly complex management challenges, such as strained relationships between faculty and students and the lack of humanistic decision-making. It is imperative to integrate and permeate the human-centered philosophy to enhance management standards and promote the sustainable development of higher education institutions. The human-centered philosophy in higher education management aims to reinforce the central role of faculty and students, driving comprehensive reform and innovation in teaching management.
