Abstract: As an important system in China's higher education system, the public- funded normal university student system has played an important role in educational fairness, teacher resource allocation and students' growth. However, there are still some obstacles in the practice process of the public-funded normal university students training system, which affect the quality of talent training and the overall quality of teachers.
