Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the disconnect between students and enterprises in higher vocational education, various vocational colleges have actively carried out pilot projects for modern apprenticeship systems, aiming to cultivate new types of highly skilled talents for society. In modern apprenticeship systems, mentors are a crucial factor affecting the quality of apprenticeship. Therefore, researching the selection, cultivation, and obligations of mentors in modern apprenticeship systems is highly meaningful.
