Abstract: In order to enhance the role of "one-stop" student communities in various aspects of college students' extracurricular life, learning, entertainment, communication, etc., and to build "one-stop" student communities as the forefront of ideological and political education in universities and promote the comprehensive development of college students, this article takes efficient "one-stop" student community management as the research entry point, explores the path of constructing a comprehensive management model for "one-stop" student communities, and proposes specific methods and strategies. The "one-stop" student community plays a role in promoting the comprehensive development of students and cultivating a good campus culture. A scientific management model can not only ensure the stable operation of the "one-stop" student community, but also play an important role in promoting the "three pronged education" and improving the high-quality development of ideological and political education in universities. It is suggested that major universities should focus on the construction and development status of the "one-stop" student community, actively explore and establish corresponding "one-stop" comprehensive management models for student communities, and empower the "one-stop" student community management to improve quality and efficiency.
