Abstract: The quality of Master’s theses is the most intuitive reflection of postgraduates’ academic competence and scientific research level, and also an important index to measure postgraduate cultivation. The improvement of thesis quality is very important for improving the quality of graduate education and cultivating high-quality talents. Taking the sampling data of Master’s theses from a local university in the past five years as a sample, this paper conducts in-depth analysis of the main problems existing in the theses, and explores the quality management model for Master’s theses, “anterior segment (Plan), process (Do-Check) and feedback (Act)”, based on cybernetics and PDCA quality management theory, aiming to effectively improve the quality of the theses.
