Abstract: The management system of faculty load is an important part of teaching management in colleges and universities, which is directly related to the performance assessment, the evaluation of professional titles of teachers and the construction of teachers. The teaching management has its own distinctiveness in art academies. By studying the management mechanism of faculty load in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the management mechanism of faculty load in art academies, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions on how to scientifically and reasonably set the faculty load in art academies in order to provide references for the education and teaching management of art academies.
