Abstract: Based on the perspective of cultivating innovative talents, this article deeply explores the practice of classroom teaching reform in universities. Faced with increasingly fierce international competition and rapidly changing social demands, traditional teaching methods are no longer able to meet the requirements of cultivating talents with innovative spirit and practical abilities. Therefore, this article analyzes the current situation and challenges of classroom teaching in universities, and proposes a series of targeted reform measures aimed at building a new teaching model centered on students, emphasizing practical and innovative abilities. Practice has shown that these reform measures effectively enhance students' interest in learning and innovation ability, providing new ideas and paths for the cultivation of innovative talents in universities.
