Abstract: In the process of higher education, "one-stop" student community education management is of great significance for improving the quality of education and ensuring the development of students' core competencies. At the same time, the "one-stop" community education management model is more in line with the times and educational environment, and can constrain and control the process of student community related activities. Schools should conduct in-depth analysis of the current problems in student community education management, understand the key points and essentials of "one-stop" student community education management, innovate management forms based on students' educational development needs, and provide support and reference for the steady development of education.
