Abstract: Universities are the cradle of talent cultivation, among which educational management is an important path to achieve the construction of a specialized talent team. In order to improve the level of higher education management, more and more universities are starting to innovate in practice on the path of education management, such as strengthening the application of big data technology. This not only improves the level of higher education management, but also liberates teachers' hands and enhances the effectiveness of teacher teaching management. Therefore, based on big data technology, this article discusses the innovation of university education management paths and analyzes the significance of innovation in university education management paths based on big data technology. It is hoped that this article can provide some reference value for university teaching managers and promote the development of university education management level.
