Under the influence of multiple tensions, such as the increasing multi-dimensional security risks, the single form of national safety education, and the fragile campus safety work system, We must promote the national security education mechanism in colleges and universities must be systematic, structured and dynamic innovation, Guided by the overall national security concept, Actively explore the establishment of a systematic and coordinated leadership mobilization system, an organizational and promotion system, a student-based management and control system and an evaluation and feedback system for social participation, Complete the "four innovations" of national security education through the "great thinking and politics", Namely, educational discourse update, educational system update, educational technology innovation and evaluation system update, Finally, a national security education work community of "consensus, sharing, joint construction and sharing" will be formed.
