文章摘要
Abstract: This paper discusses the multifaceted effects of Internet addiction on adolescent psychological development, including the effects on cognitive development, emotional development, social development, and self-identity. The article points out that Internet addiction not only leads to decreased attention and memory and weakened learning skills among teenagers, but also causes problems such as emotional instability, depression and anxiety, as well as decreased social skills and interpersonal alienation. In addition, Internet addiction may also lead to the confusion of adolescent self-identity and virtual confusion with reality. This paper further analyzes the biological, psychological and sociological mechanisms of Internet addiction, and proposes intervention strategies and suggestions at the family, school and individual levels to help teenagers establish healthy Internet use habits and promote their comprehensive development.
