Abstract: Cultural confidence is the most basic, profound and lasting force in the development of the country and a nation. To cultivate national cultural confidence, we need to start from preschool enlightenment education and pay long-term efforts. Project-based learning in kindergartens can help children learn in practice, cultivate their ability to solve practical problems, and promote their all-round development. This paper comprehensively and deeply analyzes the connotation of project learning value, development principle and practice path, and closely with the rich local cultural resources of Chongqing and the actual demand of kindergarten education teaching, in order to improve childrens cognition and understanding of local culture, cultivate their problem solving ability and innovative thinking, lay a solid foundation for childrens all-round development.
