This article analyzes the development process and present situation of Chinese music education policy, discusses the implementation of music education policy in each stage of education. Firstly, the paper reviews the historical evolution of music education policy in China, and analyzes the current main policy content, its characteristics and development trend. Then, it focuses on the analysis of the implementation of music education policies in different education stages, and evaluates the construction of music teachers, the allocation of resources, the implementation effect of policies and the implementation effect of digital transformation. The results show that although the policy has been promoted to a certain extent in many aspects, there are still some gaps in local implementation, resource allocation and teacher training, which need further optimization and improvement.
