This paper analyzes the practical challenges in English teaching from four aspects: educational system lag, uneven distribution of teaching resources, varying teacher professional qualities, and insufficient student learning motivation. It proposes corresponding solutions from four perspectives: innovating teaching content and methods, optimizing educational resource allocation, enhancing teacher professional development, and stimulating student learning interest. The article combines specific teaching cases and provides detailed explanations of innovative methods such as project-based teaching, online teaching resource library application, microteaching, and drama teaching, offering feasible suggestions for promoting English teaching reform.
